Srushti Deshmukh has started preparations for the UPSC exam in her third year of her engineering degree. In her final year of engineering, Deshmukh questioned if she would be interested in working in engineering. It was later discovered that her ideal job would be within the civil service, and she started to focus on it. The parents of her encouraged her to pursue civil work and to find an employment that would benefit the general public. Her motivation was never lost and she determined to become an IAS Officer. To be able to pass UPSC to be a reality it is more work needed. She was preparing for UPSC topics while studying her engineering. Each day she set aside time to prepare for the exam. Within a little over a month and half the time, she was preparing for her exam in engineering and also stayed away from social media. Focus is crucial for her to be able to pass the exam. She is hoping to join a civil servant. She worked hard to achieve her dream of passing the test at the first attempt. Every day, she read the newspaper to keep abreast on the current news. Additionally, she got lots of assistance online, acquiring various studies materials, and also taking in Rajya Sabha TV.
